I absolutely loved working with this company! I actually spoke to real people (the same real person! So they knew my case from day 1.) They sent me photos and proofs before they made the ring. They even allowed me to make a print of my dog’s nose… the ring is so perfect and I will always be grateful! Thank you SO much!

Probably one of the best purchase experiences ever! The customer support in getting a stamp pad sent to me and the turnaround time for delivery and overall responsiveness was pretty top-notch. Always iffy when you purchase things online but Vansweden really proved great integrity and customer service. In addition, the quality of the ring was excellent 👌! love them, BUT...

everything looked as it should, order was timely for our anniversary, customer service has been great...i would have given it a 5 star rating but my wife's ring broke into 3 pieces in less than 2 weeks which makes me question some things...going through the replacement process now. i'll submit more later.
