Received the ring I purchased and it looked nothing like the picture. It was in 3 different pieces. Like they didn’t finish the product prior to shipping. The return label stated came apart during shipping, however, it’s apparent that this was not the case. Customer service requested pictures of the ring and shipping. I had thrown the package away but it was not damaged. This was 3 days before my wedding. Nothing was offered other than a replacement or return. Be careful ordering from this place!
