Exchanges

New, unworn items may be exchanged for another size or style within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise noted. If you need to exchange an item, Contact Us and we'll be happy to help. Shipping fees for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

New, unworn items may be returned within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise noted. Contact Us with your order number to start a return. We will respond within 1-2 business days with instructions. You must receive return authorization prior to returning any items.

We offer free USPS first class return shipping labels for USA orders upon request (limit one prepaid return label per household).

The following are non-refundable:

  • Used or worn items.
  • Rings that have been exchanged previously.
  • Items purchased more than 30 days ago.
  • Engraving fees.
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable.
  • Shipping fees, including express shipping and international shipping.
  • Shipping and handling fees of $9.99 (this fee is waived for one ring or matching ring set per household).

Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days of receiving returned items, but may take up to 15 business days. Items returned with signs of wear or items received after the return deadline will be refused or charged a 30% restocking fee, at our discretion. Cancelled and returned orders over $800 are subject to a 3% processing fee. Custom items generally may not be cancelled once manufacturing has been started.
