Limited Lifetime Warranty

General details for size exchanges and warranty replacements:

• Engraving is not covered by the warranty and must be purchased for any replacement rings.
• Shipping fees both ways are the responsibility of the customer. Standard USA shipping for items to be sent to you is $10.00 USD per replacement (international shipping fees vary). You may use any carrier you would like to send your item(s) back.
• A $20.00 USD processing fee applies for exchanged or replaced items. This is waived for the first replacement within 30 days of purchase.
• Our rings typically cannot be repaired or resized like traditional metals. Rings sent for warranty work or size exchanges will almost always be completely replaced.
• Custom work is not covered by the warranty and replacement costs are the customer's responsibility.

Additional Information.  If your ring cracks or breaks from accidental damage, it will be replaced by the manufacturer's warranty. If your ring style is no longer being manufactured, a similar style may be substituted. The warranty does not cover normal wear, including scratches, as our rings are scratch resistant, not scratch-proof. We are not responsible for any sentimental value of the original jewelry. There is a fee to replace any lost or damaged stones. The warranty strictly covers the ring, not the inlay; inlay damage is considered normal wear and tear. Please be aware that some inlays are exposed and could be more prone to damage. Any third party alterations will void the warranty.
