Manufacturer's size exchange and warranty details

• Contemporary metal rings that need to be resized or repaired will be resized, fixed, or replaced by one of identical or similar style by the manufacturer, for a shipping and handling fee.
• Precious metal rings (10k or 14k gold) in need of warranty work are subject to a warranty fee equal to 20-25% of the ring's cost (small variations may exist due to current gold prices). Fees will be confirmed at the time of the exchange.
• Contact the support team at Vansweden Jewelers to request a warranty repair or resizing.
• Shipping fees both ways are the responsibility of the customer.
• In cases where your ring will be completely replaced, any engraving is not covered by the warranty and must be purchased for any replacement rings.

Additional Information.  The craftsmanship of the ring is covered by the warranty. Damage that occurs that is not due to craftsmanship or manufacturer's defects are not covered by the warranty, but most rings can typically be refurbished by the manufacturer. All fees above will apply.
